We are seeking an experienced and motivated Enablement Squad Product Owner to oversee our enablement initiatives and drive the growth and development of our teams. The Enablement Squad Product Owner will be responsible for leading a cross-functional squad focused on enabling employees of the CAI tribe with the necessary resources to excel in their roles. This role requires a strong understanding of enablement strategies, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. The ideal candidate is passionate about fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
You will
- Supporting the Business Lead to drive and manage the organisation of the practice area
- Leading and managing a cross-functional enablement squad to deliver effectively on the tribe enablement activities
- Fostering the development of agile work practices and driving continuous improvement for the squad and the tribe
- Closely collaborating with other Product Owners and external providers to deliver on project obligations to clients
- Providing guidance and support to squad members, promoting a culture of collaboration, growth, and accountability
- Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of enablement initiatives, collecting feedback from other Product Owners and the agile coach to make necessary improvements to the team’s ways of working
- Collaborating with the Agile coach to foster strong relationships across the tribe to ensure alignment and support for enablement initiatives
- Managing recruiting, onboarding and offboarding activities across the tribe
- Overseeing Tribe meetings and event organization
- Managing risks & issue logs
- Identifying enablement needs and designing customized programs, tools, and resources to address skill gaps and promote continuous learning
- Overseeing the product implementation planning, identifying potential issues and proposing solutions
- Monitoring project budgets and progress to ensure the team is on track for delivery and full utilisation
- Staying up to date on the latest tools and technologies about conversational AI.
Your Skills
- You have successfully completed your studies in the field of Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Administration, Telecommunications, Physics, Mathematics or a similar qualification preferably with a focus on digital business/ transformation, customer experience or innovation
- You have sound professional experience in leading cross functional project teams or software, infrastructure, or operations architecture design
- Ability and willingness to drive own initiative
- Affinity for technical solutions and deriving business benefits (ideally - not necessary in Artificial Intelligence, voice/ chatbots)
- Experience in working with international teams in a multicultural environment
- Good presentation skills
- Willingness to operate in a highly matrixed organization with diverse stakeholders
- Dynamic & driven with a can-do attitude
- You have a strong ability to communicate, inspire, and inform colleagues and other teams
- Experience in working with international teams in a multicultural environment
- Willingness to travel internationally
- Knowledge and experiences in working agile is a plus
- Beneficial: Experience working with projects related to Voicebots or Chatbots
- Languages:Excellent command of verbal and written English; German and Spanish are nice to have
