We are the Business Intelligence (BI) team of Global Process Management, and we are developing our new global generative AI chat bot (Hoppy) that will help our Operating Companies (OpCos) run their daily operations smoothly. We are looking for a process consultant conversational AI who can support us in building Hoppy from start and can keep enhancing it. This involves collaborating with our OpCos to understand their needs and specifications, creating functional and technical designs based on their requirements, working with our development team to build Hoppy according to the designs, testing Hoppy’s quality and performance, and training the OpCos on how to use Hoppy effectively and efficiently.

Over the past years, the Global Functions – Supply Chain, Commerce, Finance, Procurement and IT – have worked together to create a common set of core processes, embedded in a standard ERP system. These were delivered to HEINEKEN OpCos (Operating Companies) in Africa, Middle East, Asia Pacific and the Caribbean under the BASE programme. The D&T (Digital and Technology) Global Process Management (GPM) organisation now supports these OpCos in Business-as-Usual mode to help them continuously adhere to these process standards and improve on their performance.
