About this Team:
In-house team focusing on development and customization of IVR applications for Financial Institutions and Banks
What you will be doing
Understand business requirements and translate to architecture/software development
Design IVR call flows
Develop IVR applications using Conversational AI tools.
Integrate IVR application with other applications such as Databases, ticketing tools, ACDs
Develop and integrate Webservices / APIs
Troubleshoot and fix issues or defects
What you bring
5+ years of experience with Conversational AI tools like Nuance Mix
Strong knowledge of Conversational AI development
Experience in the design/development of IVR applications.
Hands-on development experience on Conversational AI tools such as Nuance mix.
Hands-on experience in conversational UI / call flow design.
Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills and familiarity in monitoring and instrumentation tools.
Experience in Cassandra\SQL and knowledge of DB concepts, integration technologies with other applications
Experience creating web services
Should be able to understand business requirements and translate to architecture/software development.
