After successfully validating our LatticeFlow platform across key industries, we are now expanding into the US market. To this end, we are hiring our First US-based Solution Engineer, to help our clients understand how they can deliver robust AI models to production with LatticeFlow. To succeed with this, you will deliver high-impact presentations and demos to communicate the benefits of LatticeFlow to prospects and guide them through evaluating our products.

Your responsibilities will include:
Solutions Engineers support the sales team providing technical expertise, business acumen and a superior customer focus.
- Provide pre-sales support to customers and prospects
- Maintain a deep understanding of the capabilities of LatticeFlow solutions
- Deliver in depth product demonstrations
- Help qualify highly complex opportunities in terms of customer requirements, competition and fit
- Partner with the Account Manager to own and manage RFI & RFP responses for assigned accounts
- Work with the Customer Success (CS) team on Proofs of Concepts (POC’s) / Pilots for prospects during the presale process
- Verify the operability of product configurations within the customers environment
- Understand market trends and industry data to position value of LatticeFlow solutions
- Provide a strong technical response to specific customer needs
- Develop solutions (tools, demos, assets) to increase engagement efficiency and productivity
- Document and deliver product feedback and new requirements from the field
- Serve as the technical liaison, collaborate with sales, marketing, product and customer success teams to share knowledge and insight gained through customer engagements
- Actively participate in the development of product roadmaps based on customer feedback
This position is remote and can be located in any U.S. state. Some travel required. Not able to sponsor U.S. visas at this time.
Requirements
- 1+ years’ experience in a software pre-sales, sales engineering, technical support or related role within the enterprise software market segment. Or Master of Science degree in CS/AI with solid soft skills and desire to learn the skills of sales engineering.
- Proficiency with Python and ML libraries
- Curiosity to learn and assimilate technical information quickly, enthusiasm to share and teach others
- Savvy presentation and demonstration skills, fluidly translating complex technology concepts
- Keen analytical and problem-solving skills, and a belief that every problem has at least one solution
- A passion for enterprise software, and a philosophy of using technology to help solve business problems
- Ability to work with and communicate effectively internally at all levels including executive, sales, product, engineering, and customer success
It would be also great if you had;
- Enterprise Software Architecture and emerging standards
- Experience working in an early stage, growth stage software startup environment
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree focused within CS and ML/AI, or equivalent work experience
