Why we need the role:

We are seeking a creative and technically inclined Prompt Designer to join our team. This role involves designing, testing, and refining prompts for our advanced AI systems. The ideal candidate should have a foundational understanding of AI models, a flair for language, and a keen interest in AI-driven content generation.

What you will do:

• Design & implement conversational AI experiences using conversation design, programming and prompt-engineering techniques, content preparation and adaptation.

• Collaborate with clients and cross-functional internal stakeholders.

• Conduct testing and iterative refinement of prompts based on AI responses and user feedback.

• Assist in troubleshooting AI-generated content issues and optimizing prompt performance.

• Stay updated with the latest AI advancements and incorporate new techniques in prompt design.

More about you:

• Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics, Computer Science or a related field.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills that allow you to explain complex issues in a clear, non-technical way.

• Strong ability to craft compelling and contextually appropriate conversations for AI chatbots.

• Consulting experience, preferably with large and enterprise-level companies.

• Basic understanding of AI models, particularly in language and image generation.

• Creative problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

• Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., Python) is a plus.

• Strong understanding of User Experience (UX) and basic understanding of Product Design.
