Apply your deep knowledge in machine learning to develop systems that make real-time decisions regarding materials based on sensor data and images
Initiate and manage cooperative research projects
Network with internal and external partners who contribute technological expertise and application knowledge
Provide technical guidance to students and colleagues.
A master’s degree or PhD focusing on Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, Chemometrics or a related field
Excellent communication skills, an initiative-taking attitude, high independence, and the willingness to work in an inter-disciplinary team
Chemometrics or deep learning for spectral modelling
Sensor fusion, ideally on different modality sensors
Real-time AI models on embedded systems
