What you’ll achieve
As a AI Research Scientist, AI Optimization & Orchestration, you will be at the forefront of artificial intelligence research and development. This role demands a blend of theoretical knowledge and practical expertise in AI, with responsibilities that span developing innovative AI technologies, conducting empirical research, and implementing AI solutions in practical applications

You will:

  • Lead and conduct rigorous AI research to develop new methodologies and technologies and design experiments and prototypes to test the viability and efficiency of new AI models and.Create advanced algorithms that enhance AI system performance and apply machine learning techniques to solve real-world problems

  • Conduct thorough testing and validation of AI systems to ensure their reliability and effectiveness

  • Work closely with interdisciplinary teams across academic and industrial spheres to apply AI research outcomes. and collaborate with leading researchers and industry experts to drive advancements in AI

  • Disseminate research findings through scholarly publications, conferences, and community engagements and influence future AI applications by sharing knowledge within the scientific community

Essential Requirements

  • 5 to 8 years of related experience in AI/ML (GenAI, distributed AI/multi-agent frameworks, model inference/training optimization)

  • Applied research skills

  • Strong documentation, communication and problem-solving skills

  • Solid Python programming

  • Good understanding of business environment and industry trends


Desirable Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree / PhD is an asset

  • Ability to work in a team environment

Compensation

Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this position is $105,000 - $140,000.
