What you get to do in this role:
Develop actionable insights from analysis to make recommendations on key strategic initiatives such as Digital Transformation and Healthscan
Develop visual and interactive dashboards that provide insights and track progress on key strategic initiatives
Analyze critical business process data, and trends leveraging data from dashboards and other internal data sources to analyze process data and generate reports and insights on findings
Create, deliver and analyze key metrics using dashboards
Learn and become and SME using our internal analytics tool (Performance Analytics)
Currently enrolled in an accredited university, working on BA/BS in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Business or analytical field and graduating December 2025 or later.
Ability to work in fast paced, high capacity work environment
Ability to use good judgment in recognizing scope of authority
Ability to proceed independently and carry out assignments to completion with minimal instruction
Ability to perform detailed work with numerical data to make mathematical computations rapidly and accurately
Ability to create documents requiring accuracy and confidential handling
Ability to maintain detailed, accurate records and files
You’re a data geek with an eye for details, Excel/ SQL expert, ServiceNow PA experience preferred but not required
