What you’ll achieve
As a AI Research Scientist, AI Engineering and Operations, with a focus on engineering and operations, you’ll bridge the gap between theoretical research and practical implementation, ensuring that AI technologies are not only innovative but also efficiently deployed you will be responsible for contributing to business strategy and influence decision making based on information gained from deep dive analysis. You will produce actionable and compelling recommendations by interpreting insights from complex data sets. You will design processes to consolidate and examine unstructured data to generate actionable insights. You will also partner with business leaders, engineers and industry experts to construct predictive models, algorithms and probability engines.

You will:

  • Leverage your knowledge of MLOps (Machine Learning Operations) to streamline the deployment, monitoring, and management of machine learning models and collaborate with data scientists and engineers to create robust pipelines for model training, testing, and deployment

  • Write efficient, maintainable code for AI applications and automation tasks, including driving automation efforts within the research organization and automate repetitive tasks, data preprocessing, and model deployment processes

  • Manage server infrastructure for AI applications and understand the entire AI stack, including data collection, preprocessing, model training, and deployment.

  • Create compelling visualizations to communicate insights from AI models.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders and communicate effectively to translate research findings into practical solutions, tackle complex problems related to AI engineering and operations along with propose novel solutions and contribute to the advancement of AI technologies

Essential Requirements

  • 5 to 8 years of related experience

  • Python, automation and server operations skills

  • MLOps skills

  • AI stack knowledge

  • Documentation, communication and problem-solving skills

Desirable Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree / PhD degree is an asset

  • Ability to work in a team environment

Compensation

Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this position is $135,000 - $167,000.
