Job Summary

We are seeking candidates with a strong quantitative background and the ability to think creatively. You will develop new methods of data collection using Python and other data-related tools. Additionally, you will be involved in scripting, sampling, and data processing for various research studies.

Key Responsibilities

You will be part of a team involved in the following activities:

• Designing and managing data tools
• Developing new data collection methods
• Improving existing survey interface designs
• Scripting survey questionnaires with logic implementation
• Studying survey software and developing new scripts
• Processing research data using software with syntaxes and codes
• Designing quantitative samples based on client requirements
• Monitoring quantitative fieldwork and adhering to project schedules and deadlines
• Coding open-ended (free text response) answers when required
• Performing quality checks and audits of survey implementations to ensure accuracy
• Creating highly actionable and digestible reports in PowerPoint

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Business, Science, Computing, or any other numerical field
• Candidates with no experience are welcome
• Strong appetite for learning new data tools
• Openness to change and innovation
• Familiarity with Python is desired
• Basic competency in SPSS, R, and data visualization tools is preferred
• Knowledge of any survey software is an added advantage
• Ability to work with ambiguity and perform under pressure
• High level of precision in work
