Job Description

As a Vice President on the INSAGIC Data Science team, you will be responsible for transaction data ETL modifications, validation, and improvement.  The responsibilities include programming as well as documentation.  This requires learning existing processes and developing new ones.

This Vice President, Data Science role will work collaboratively with others currently also working on similar tasks and objectives. Requests about questions on the data and feasibility may come from collaborators, other groups, and people above and below in the organizational structure. Problem solving in relation to the transaction data is essential.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Understand the ETL and transformations associated with the transaction data Epsilon ingests.
  • Assess quality to identify areas requiring improvement and then improve the ETL and transformations.
  • Document the ETL and transformations.
  • Understand the underlying data so that you can research and answer questions

Qualifications

  • Ten+ years relational databases, data structures/modeling, SQL programming
  • Ten+ years working with card transaction data
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent teamwork and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
  • BA/BS degree required

Additional Information

Compensation Range:  $159,500 - $269,000 annually.  This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
