Intel Malaysia's internship program hires students enrolled in three- or four-year programs at accredited colleges and universities to work on assignments. The program is designed to give students real-world experience and improve skills. Interns at Intel are fully integrated members of the teams they join, with opportunities to apply their ideas to challenging, hands-on projects. Participants become familiar with Intel culture and products via in-house training, as well as group activities.
We're looking for an intern to join Technical Training team for SIMS .
You will be responsible to strategize, plan, schedule, deliver operation and equipment training needs plus assessment for trainees supporting NPI (New Product Introduction) and FOK (First of Kind) equipment training if needed. You will engage with key customers on the required training needs - consolidate, publish training request and forecast accordingly. The role includes securing tool time, training arrangement and execution for all new/existing tool required training based on factory needs. You will manage and sustain Operation and Equipment Specialist training related systems for certification record and tracking for your operation's headcount.
Work with TSG FLM on Operation and Equipment Specialist on cross-training, assessment and certification must be delivered as per plan in timely manner. Able to learn quickly from Engineers, Technician and apply what you have learned into training for your trainees. Must be patient and have mentorship abilities to coach your trainees or even trainers in the team. Ability to uphold highest standards of quality is important, including finding improvement opportunities to troubleshooting escalations together with stakeholders.
Lastly, student need to contribute to Peer Trainer Development, Safety programs, Quality programs, Audits, NPI and yield improvement projects.

Qualifications:
Pursuing Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronic, Electrical and Electronics Engineering or any related disciplines.
Ability to work full-time during the 6 months internship.
Preferred Qualifications
Good verbal, good presentation skill and written communications. Demonstrated ability to communicate complex concepts and processes using clear and simple language and visuals.
English fluency to document, have conference calls and make presentations to partners and stakeholders.
Able to deal with ambiguity and high flexibility in working hour.
Able to prioritize in complex, fast-paced work environment.
Consistent delivery on commitments, great organizational skills with exceptional follow through and attention to detail.
Innovative and proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to exercise integrity and sound judgment in complex and ambiguous situations.
Continuous Learning orientation to implement scalable solutions based on process connections and end to end mindset.
