If so, Findem is looking for a dynamic Solution Consultant with experience in the technology startup landscape to join our innovative team.
Who Findem Is Looking For:
Supportive Team Members: Leverage your knowledge of the Findem solution to assist Account Executives in pre-sales activities, including conducting product demonstrations and addressing technical inquiries from prospective clients. Your support in the sales opportunity helps decrease sales cycles across the pre-sales team.
Sales Support: Collaborate with sales representatives to develop effective sales strategies and achieve revenue targets.
Naturally Curious: Your curiosity drives you to understand how tools work allowing you to demonstrate proficiency in a wide range of technologies including AI. Successful individuals in this role utilize their curiosity and fast-learning abilities to stay ahead of industry trends and think outside the box as we navigate the world of work through AI automation.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product development, marketing, and implementation teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions. Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Problem Solvers: Leverage your resilience and adaptability to overcome challenges and find creative solutions to complex problems. Approach each situation with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn from setbacks.
You Seek Continuous Improvement: Actively seek opportunities for personal and professional growth. Stay updated on industry best practices, attend relevant workshops and conferences, and contribute to knowledge sharing within the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Provide expert demonstrations of the Findem solutions to clients and prospects.- Lead and own Findem pilot accounts while collaborating with Sales team. - Provide technical support to Sales both on calls and offline while collaborating. - Collaborate with Sales to ensure demos are relevant and impactful.- Maintain working relationships with Product to be the bridge between Sales and Product.- Be part of user testing sessions on new tools and provide ongoing feedback to Products to improve the Findem solution. - Create and maintain pre-sales playbook and documentation.- Report platform issues and new workflows to Product and Sales.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Experience using Sales tools (I.e., Salesforce, Notion, and Gong).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering, or Sales Support role within the technology industry.
- Proven track record of quickly understanding new technologies and effectively applying them to solve business challenges.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with internal and external teams and clearly articulate complex concepts in a simple manner.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a resilient mindset, able to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Passion for innovation and a genuine curiosity about emerging technologies and trends in the startup ecosystem.
- Executive Presence: 3 years of customer-facing experience and represent Findem in a professional manner.
- Process Development: willing to get their hands into supporting AEs/Prospects while helping Findem build process.
- Nice to Have and Strong Plus:
- Proven track record in management.
- Future Growth: Someone who Findem can build a team around through building process and scalability.
- Start-up experience.
- Experience in the HR technology industry.
