Role Description
This is a full-time role located in San Francisco, CA, though it is ok to be remote sometimes! As a Sales Development Representative at Bland, your primary responsibility will be driving pipeline through funnel and growing net new business. You will actively prospect, qualify, and work closely with the rest of our sales team to drive up revenue. We are a start-up, and we need people who understand what that means.
We aren't a super traditional team, but we are an extremely effective one. We love unique backgrounds, hardworkers, and intelligent people who take pride in everything they do.
Qualifications
1-2 years start-up experience preferred (ideally working with in Enterprise SaaS sales)
Comfort understanding complex technical problems
Experience in business development and customer relationship management
High level of agency, ability to figure out how to get stuff done and create new processes
Bachelor's degree is great to have too
Comfort with cold outreach (calls, emails, Linkedin, etc.)

Working at a start-up is really hard. We work a lot and we figure things out on the fly.
