Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end management of technical programs related to autonomous vehicle development, from conceptualization to market launch.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering and business development to drive alignment and achieve project milestones.
• Define major aspects of the project schedule, identify critical paths, and proactively mitigate risks to ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintain a strategic view of the program while effectively managing day-to-day activities to keep projects moving forward.Leverage your expertise in rapidly growing businesses to scale initiatives globally and navigate challenges associated with expansion.
• Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, fostering a shared understanding of project goals and progress.

Qualification and Experience

• BS (Advanced degree preferred)  in Computer Science or a related engineering discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in program management, with a proven track record of leading complex technical projects to successful outcomes.
• Expertise in autonomous vehicles or related technologies, with a deep understanding of industry trends and best practices.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to see the big picture while managing project details.
