Visa is seeking a team member based in Miami who will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing campaign measurement methodologies and processes for both client and core Visa LAC marketing campaigns. The role encompasses to measure the impact of these campaigns. The role involves hands-on activities such as the development and execution of campaign measurement methodologies and processes, using either traditional or advanced statistical and automation approaches. It also involves creating documentation, as well as aligning and negotiating with internal stakeholders.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Develop and deploy new analytical modeling and techniques within the organization

  • Utilize Visa's data and analytic capabilities, technology, and industry expertise measure the impact of different marketing strategies.

  • Use data and apply statistical techniques to interpret data and generate insights that influence marketing strategy.

  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing quality control measures

  • Conceptualize and delivery the standardization of campaign measurement methodology

  • Develop and implement  automated  data pipelines to measure campaigns

  • Foster a data-driven culture within the marketing team and the wider organization.

  • Connect insights and findings with the business objectives: understand business issues, ground into data based insights and ensure application into the execution.

  • Interact with internal and external stakeholders for the strategic definition of analysis and initiatives.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD

Preferred Qualifications

  • +5 years of relevant industry experience in in Analytics and CRM, including the full campaign execution cycle, such as: Journeys automation, Campaign Datamart structure, Campaign segmentation, result measurement methodologies
  • BA/BS required, MBA or other relevant Master degree preferred (eg: Statistics, Computer Science, and Engineering).
  • 5+ years of experience in Banking/ Payment, Retailers or Service industry

Required Skills

  • Experience with data visualization and business intelligence tools like Tableau, PowerBI or Excel.
  • Proven Hands-on experience in advanced analytics and statistical modeling including Linear Regression, Logistic Regression, Clustering methods (e.g. K-means), Classification methods (Decision Trees/Random Forest), among others.
  • Previous experience on studies on consumer behavior, marketing campaign targeting and effectiveness and CLTV
  • Hands-on experience extracting and manipulating large datasets (Big Data) using standard tools such as Hadoop (Hive), Spark, Python, SQL, etc.
  • Hands-on skills in cleaning, manipulating, analyzing, visualizing and modeling large data sets
  • Transform data/ analysis to executive business language
  • Continuously develop and present innovative ideas based on data driven approach in order to improve current business practices within Visa
  • Excellent project management and organizational and presentational skills.
  • Self-motivated, results oriented individual with the ability to handle numerous projects concurrently
  • Fluency in English/ Spanish (spoken/written), Portugues is a plus

Additional Information

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting.  The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 112,500.00 to 163,050.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity. Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401 (k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness Program.
