We're hiring applied scientists (focusing on customer solutions) at multiple levels from Senior to Principal!
Who we are
At Gretel, we’re building a generative AI platform for synthetic data. Gretel’s APIs automatically fine-tune AI models to generate synthetic data on demand while protecting privacy and maintaining the utility and accuracy of the original data. Our synthetic data platform solves the data bottleneck problem for developers, data scientists, and AI/ML researchers across multiple modalities including tabular, time-series, relational, language and image.
Designed by developers for developers, Gretel’s APIs make it simple to generate anonymized and safe synthetic data so you can preserve privacy and innovate faster. We’re disrupting how organizations innovate with data and are looking for talented Applied Scientists to join our mission!
The impact you’ll have
At Gretel, you will be working on ways to make access to data safer, easier and faster without compromising privacy. You'll be building cutting-edge technology to automate the process of synthetic data generation that is provably private using techniques like differential privacy.
As an Applied Scientist, Customer Solutions, you will be working in close collaboration with Account Executives, Engineering and Applied Science teams to engage in highly technical proof-of-concepts with our customers. The work will span the entire customer engagement cycle, including presenting technical demos, prototyping, creating scalable solutions, and making scientific product improvements that benefit all our customers.
Be involved in the end-to-end development of reusable solutions for our customers; assist with customer on-boarding experience, adoption, and expansion.
Partner with the engineering and applied research teams on addressing customer issues and needs; identify and escalate problems to engineering and support teams.
Plan, build, and facilitate industry-specific use cases, including education in the form of workshops, webinars, technical blogs, whitepapers and developer community engagement.
Come up with new ideas or improve upon existing ideas within language modeling, generative AI models for images, audio, and video, improving synthetic tabular data generation algorithms, ethical/fair AI, or privacy enhancing technologies.
