    DO WHAT YOU LOVE:

    • You will develop, build and maintain production-grade AI solutions in the fields of modelling, optimization and machine learning with a strong focus on business applicability, scalability and performance. You will work in cross-functional teams including business, data science, engineering, and product to bring your solutions into production 
    • You will design and execute data-driven experiments (e.g. A/B testing) based on statistics and exploratory analysis to extract all kinds of knowledge related to various cases throughout the company. You will analyze data to confirm or disprove hypotheses
    • You will monitor key product metrics, visualize them, and analyze the reasons they change. Subsequently, you will be proposing features and improvements for the business based on the insights you extract from data.
    • You will effectively communicate results of your work to both technical and business stakeholders
    • You will work hand in hand with business to detect and eliminate inefficiencies in core business processes are a proactive team player with a “can-do” attitude and you will play a crucial role in developing data centric applications from POC to production in an agile environment

    Qualifications

    COME AS YOU ARE:

    • You have a strong background in data science, statistics and machine learning and/or optimization and you have a solid knowledge of Python and cloud technologies (ideally AWS)
    • You have deployed models to production and you know how to maintain model-based processes
    • You are familiar with concepts of operations research, ideally with respect to areas like pricing decisions, demand forecasting or optimization models. With a passion for numbers and figures, you love solving your tasks using data
    • You are intrinsically motivated, passionate about learning and solving real live problems
    • You communicate fluently in English and appreciate cultural diversity
