REQUIREMENTS GATHERING AND IMPLEMENTATION
- Support Insights Product Manager on engaging stakeholders to translate business objectives into understandable feature and story acceptance criteria. Present findings, recommendations, and project updates to various audiences.
- Implement, test, and deploy business needs in accordance with the Agile framework, having E2E knowledge of the solution and being able to maintain and further improve it.
- Maintain an up-to-date documentation on the technical solution, SOPs for BAU when applicable.
- Data Analysis & Management and Continuous Improvement
- Analyze and interpret data to provide insights and support decision-making.
- Having E2E knowledge of existing data products, from data injection till final dashboards, including deep understanding of source systems, data model, dimensions and KPIs.
- Support Insights Product Manager on creating a vision for BI products, working collaboratively with other teams, and accelerating company-wide transformation towards adoption of data & analytics products
- Provide consulting on reactive, proactive and enhancement support services, as well as testing services to one or many applications.
- Work closely with the business to identify opportunities to improve processes and reducing waste from existing process landscape.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies that may improve existing products via continuous learning and collaboration with technical teams.
- Propose and implement continuous improvement initiatives within the business analysis process, including process mining, automation, and data science.
CRITICAL QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
- Expert in developing Model and Canvas driven Power apps.
- Re-write and re-engineer custom legacy applications to PowerApps solutions.
- Adept at leveraging new approaches to solutions for system design and functionality.
- Process Automation using any scripting language
- Experience in complex end-to-end report development.
- Excellent communication and Problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of Project Management framework and practices.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment
