Senior Consultant – Data Science & AI (Cambridge, MA)

You provide state of the art knowledge and advice to senior leaders within the various Philips businesses and functions, and our customers on:

  • Data & AI Advisory and Solution engineering

  • Data driven problem solving

  • Human centric innovation

Your role:

  • Partnering with clients to define and deliver on digital transformation to achieve rapid improvements in customer experience, innovation, revenue, quality, lead time, and costs

  • Project leadership including plan and budget; organize and execute activities in projects, guarding project results (both budget and customer satisfaction); implementing and applying Ways of Working in teams to facilitate in-project learning

  • Work as advisor, or lead a team of Data Science & AI experts and client team members

  • Actively leveraging your existing network, develop and maintain senior management level clients, business development and acquisition of future assignments

  • Spot trends in industries and combine these with new competences to create new or improve service propositions and portfolio

  • Foresee developments in your competence area and develop new competences yourself and with colleagues

You're the right fit if:

  • You’ve acquired 10+ years of experience of which 7+ years working in consulting in healthcare, MedTech, innovation or related field (required).

  • Your skills include expert knowledge with AI solutions and architecture (AWS stack, MS stack, etc) as well as experience in several Data Science and AI capabilities as well as strong project and program management.

  • You’ve earned an advanced degree in a technical or scientific discipline or equivalent experience.

  • You have a self-propelling personality with strong consulting and interpersonal skills with the ability to gain trust, influence, persuade, and build strong relationships along with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively with people at all levels in an organization.

  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position

  • Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position.  For this position, you must reside in or within commuting distance of Cambridge, MA.
