We’re looking for a Senior Applied Data Scientist who expects more from their career. It’s a chance to apply your expertise to distil complex problems into compelling insights using the best of machine learning and human creativity to deliver effective and impactful solutions for clients.

You will join our advanced applied data science team, to lead end-to-end data science projects, acting as a subject matter expert for our client team, bridging the world of data science and its business applications.

You’ll investigate, develop, implement, and deploy a range of complex applications and components while working alongside smart colleagues challenging and rewriting the rules, not just following them. This means working on optimization, forecasting, and segmentation problems, quantifying risks and uncertainty and identifying impactful levers to help our clients make smarter decisions.

What we expect from you 

  • Experience of applying advanced statistical models and machine learning algorithms to solve a variety of complex problems.
  • Working experience ranging between 5-7 years
  • Logical thinking and approach to problem solving.
  • Advanced analytical skills, Insight Analysis and Data Visualization/Story telling.
  • Experience in effectively managing own projects that may including cross-functional and/or international team members.
  • Ability to manage analytical work streams for client accounts and coordinate related projects with other team members.
  • Excellent Programming skills (Python, SQL, pySpark)
  • Experience/ Knowledge of retail domain is good to have
  • Master’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Statistics, Applied Statistics, Physics, Engineering, Biology or related field.
