Position Summary: The Senior AI Research Scientist will lead and conduct advanced research in artificial intelligence, focusing on cutting-edge topics such as machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, computer vision, or robotics. You will collaborate with a team of talented researchers and engineers to develop novel algorithms, models, and methodologies that push the boundaries of AI technology. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and conduct advanced research in artificial intelligence, with a focus on developing innovative algorithms, models, and methodologies.
• Design and implement experimental methodologies and protocols to test and evaluate research hypotheses and algorithms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement AI solutions that address real-world problems and challenges.
• Mentor and supervise junior researchers, providing guidance, support, and feedback to help them develop their research skills and expertise.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in AI research by reading scientific papers, attending conferences, and participating in research discussions.
• Publish research findings in top-tier conferences and journals, and present research results at academic and industry conferences.
• Collaborate with industry partners, academic institutions, and other research organizations to explore collaborative research opportunities and initiatives.
• Contribute to the development of research proposals, grant applications, and funding initiatives to support research projects.

Qualifications:

• Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, with a focus on artificial intelligence, machine learning, or a related area.
• 5+ years of experience in AI research roles, with a proven track record of conducting and publishing high-impact research in top-tier conferences and journals.
• Strong expertise in AI and machine learning algorithms, methodologies, and techniques, with a deep understanding of theoretical principles and practical applications.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++, and experience with AI frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively to tackle complex research problems.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and interact with colleagues, collaborators, and stakeholders.
