About Dyad

Dyad's mission is to improve the delivery and efficiency of healthcare.

We are building a platform to model and manage the flow of information within healthcare organisations, improving outcomes for patients, payers, and healthcare providers. We believe data handling in current healthcare systems is needlessly complex and disconnected, leading to isolated and inefficient decision making. Using our technology, we build products for healthcare providers and payers in the UK and US.

Dyad is an energetic, early-stage startup, with around twenty employees. We are passionate about technology and its applications to worthwhile ventures. New joiners will have a significant impact on the company culture and our direction of travel.

Our products

Dyad’s flagship product is BetterLetter (www.betterletter.ai) - an AI tool to help GP practices decrease their admin burden in processing clinical letters. We reduce staff time spent annotating and coding letters, and suggest follow-up tasks and workflow optimisations. BetterLetter helps healthcare providers save time, reduce costs, improve data quality and build staffing resilience.

The role

We are looking for a UK-based full time Sales or Account Executive with experience working in the healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of day-to-day operations in GP practices, a strong interest in technology and digital health, and a burning desire to fix some of the challenges faced by primary care in the NHS.

For example, an experienced sales manager or executive from a digital health startup, a business manager or commercial oriented practice manager from a GP practice, or a technically oriented clinical work with some previous sales experience might all be a good fit.

Requirements

Must have:

  • Experience working in a sales or account management role in the healthcare sector or experience working in primary care or digital health with some sales experience.
  • 2 to 5 years of relevant experience as above.
  • First hand knowledge of the challenges and pain points experienced by GP practices.
  • A strong technical background: familiar with both the common NHS IT tools, and modern CRMs / productivity management software (e.g. Copper, Notion, Airtable).
  • High degree of energy and initiative - able to autonomously drive whole work streams from initiation to completion or work as part of a team.
  • Ability to juggle multiple simultaneous conversations without dropping any balls - 100% commitment to follow up on every conversation and ensure prospective customers have a very positive experience engaging with our company.
  • Robust interpersonal abilities supported by solid written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent time management skills and a meticulous approach to staying organised.
  • Digitally savvy and comfortable with asynchronous / hybrid working.
  • Intellectually curious and creative - looks for novel solutions to common problems.

Nice to have:

  • Experience selling solutions into the NHS, either at practice, PCN, or ICS levels, or directly into NHS Trusts.
  • Hands on experience with clinical document management or electronic medical record systems such as Docman, EMIS or SystmOne.
  • Experience in a faced-paced, high growth startup environment.

Our hiring process

1) Introductory screening interview with a member of the Dyad team (30 mins or less).

2) Interview with a member of the senior management (1 hour).

3) Offer.

Benefits

  • Competitive base salary plus performance incentives.
  • Company pension.
  • 25 days of paid annual leave (pro-rata).
  • A fun and flexible hybrid working environment.
  • Mental health wellness through Spill.chat
  • A modern, dog-friendly office located in Barbican with free drinks.
