Xenon7 is seeking a talented and motivated Real-World Evidence (RWE) Data Scientist to join our team. As an RWE Data Scientist, you will play a crucial role in leveraging real-world data to generate insights and evidence that drive decision-making in the healthcare industry. You will be responsible for designing and implementing advanced statistical and machine learning models to analyze large-scale healthcare data, including electronic health records, claims data, and other real-world data sources. Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives and deliverables
  • Design and implement statistical models and algorithms to analyze real-world healthcare data and generate insights
  • Apply machine learning techniques to develop predictive and prescriptive models for patient outcomes, treatment effectiveness, and healthcare utilization
  • Work with large-scale healthcare datasets, including electronic health records, claims data, and other real-world data sources
  • Clean and preprocess data to ensure data quality and integrity
  • Interpret and communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest advancements in real-world evidence and healthcare analytics

Requirements

  • Master's or Ph.D. degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Biostatistics, Health Informatics)
  • Proven experience as a Data Scientist, preferably in the healthcare industry and working with Real World Evidence Data
  • Strong background in statistical modeling and machine learning techniques
  • Experience with real-world data sources, such as electronic health records and claims data
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as R or Python
  • Experience with data cleaning and preprocessing
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Publication record or contributions to the healthcare analytics community is a plus
