In pursuit of this mission, our Go To Market (GTM) team is responsible for helping customers learn how to leverage and deploy our highly capable AI products across their business. The team is made of Sales, Solutions, Support, Marketing, and Partnership professionals that work together to create valuable solutions that will help bring AI to as many users as possible.

About the role

Our Go To Market team is dedicated to demonstrating the transformative potential of advanced AI models to our customers and their businesses.

We are seeking a Revenue Strategy Manager to provide critical insights into the health of our business and steer our GTM strategy to achieve our goals. This role is essential for enabling strategic decision-making at the leadership level.

This role is based in San Francisco, California. We use a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office per week and offer relocation assistance to new employees.

In this role, you'll:

  • Define foundational KPIs that we will use to set targets and monitor business health and performance.

  • Partner cross-functionally with Data Science & Analytics to stand up the reporting and dashboards needed for repeatable metric reviews. 

  • Work closely with the Data team to ensure accuracy and availability of data for GTM insights.

  • Partner closely with GTM Leadership to stand up, prepare insights for, and run the operating cadences that will drive strategic discussion and decision-making.

  • Own the project management and execution of action items that result from the various GTM leadership operating cadences. 

  • Lead strategic analyses and cross-functional initiatives aimed to improve growth, efficiency and effectiveness across the revenue organization.

You might thrive in this role if you have: 

  • Experience in revenue strategy at a high-growth, technology company

  • Proficiency in data visualization and dashboard creation (using tools like Tableau, Looker, Mode, etc)

  • Familiarity with GTM specific tools like Salesforce, Hubspot, Gong, etc.

  • Excellent analytical skills

  • Exceptional project management skills, with experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives

  • Strong communication skills and executive presence

  • An understanding of the AI landscape, our applications, and the problems they solve for our customers

  • The ability to thrive in ambiguity and work autonomously

  • Exceptional organizational skills

  • The ability to operate with high horsepower, be adept at frequent context switching and working on multiple projects at once with expansive ownership, and ruthless prioritization
