Here's what you'll be doing
You'll build and lead extraordinary teams of AI experts, fostering a culture where creativity and technical excellence thrive. Your days will be filled with strategic thinking, collaborative problem-solving, and hands-on leadership:
* Craft and execute a visionary strategy that positions Cigna as a leader in Generative AI applications in healthcare
* Build and nurture a team of rockstars who are as passionate about innovation as you are
* Collaborate with leaders across Cigna to identify game-changing opportunities and bring them to life
* Evolve the operating model for developing, deploying, and delivering business value with Generative AI applications, while ensuring we lead with integrity and responsibility
* Orchestrate scaling of Generative AI initiatives across digital, analytics, and enterprise service operations, while developing foundational capabilities that are reusable and extensible
You need these qualifications
* You've successfully led AI or advanced analytics initiatives that have transformed business operations or created new product lines
* You have a proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams in fast-paced, innovative environments
* You possess a deep understanding of Generative AI technologies and their practical applications in business and healthcare
* You're a master communicator, equally comfortable discussing complex AI concepts with technical teams and explaining the business value of AI to C-suite executives
* You have experience managing substantial budgets and delivering ROI on technology investments
It would be nice if
* You have experience applying AI in healthcare or other highly regulated industries
* You've been part of a team that has successfully commercialized AI products or services
* You have a network of connections in the AI research community and stay abreast of cutting-edge developments
* You have hands-on experience with popular AI frameworks and tools
