• Manage and lead projects ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Coordinate project plans, monitor schedules, and ensure quality in all project deliverables.
• Act as the primary point of contact with the customer, understanding their requirements and providing regular updates on project progress.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, deliverables, and milestones.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including presenting project status and risks.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing challenges to ensure project success.
• Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies.
• Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
• Lead and motivate project team members, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Project Management, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the IT industry.
• Fluency in both German and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
