The role of the Client Solutions Group Professional Services (CSG PS) Project Manager is to lead in the smooth translation of Customer within End User Computing requirements, either related to Modern factory provisioning or End User client roll out, by providing consultative services through Customer meetings, deal with Dell proprietary tools and processes, managing overall projects according to methodologies likewise PMI and Prince2. The CSG PS PM provides support to the Local Business Unit around technical specification, Engineering technical capabilities, and product transitions. Essentially, they own the technical requirements for each Customer project from inception through to project retirement. The role is a key member of the CSG PS Team and will be expected to undertake specific additional assignments at the request of the CSG PS

Delivery Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Liaise with Customers to determine their exact customization needs, including hardware, software and any other needs for their IT or end-user project requirements. Meaning where applicable to visit customers, presenting all the CSG PS capabilities and the CSG PS offerings portfolio, to capture all the Customers requirements in term of Hardware integrations, Software integrations and asset management services. In addition, determine any other data relevant to the logistics of the roll-out,

like for example, dates for completion, volumes, Dell authorized Service Partners skills and capabilities.

• Liaise directly with Engineering, ensuring they have a thorough knowledge of the requirements as laid out in the Technical Specifications document previously agreed with the Customer. Ascertain cost and lead time for validated projects and communicate quotation to Sales team.

• Liaise with Customer in relation to field issues. Analyze and communicate quality and work to determine root-cause and fastest possible fix, for minimum impact on a related project roll-out.

• Use Project Management tools and methodologies along the project lifecycle. Including the development and usage of a Communication plan to ensure all Project Stakeholders will get on time and detailed project status update, as well as apply Governance to guarantee Project control and success.

Requirements

• 5 to 7 years’ experience minimum in a customer-facing project management or equivalent role

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, written, oral and presentation in English and Dutch

• Affiliation with PC architecture, peripherals, and PC operating systems, in particular Microsoft Operating Systems (mainly Windows 10/11) and a good knowledge of business s/w applications

• Analytical, meticulous, and pro-active.

Preferred:

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Science or Business or equivalent qualification in an associated field

with excellent knowledge of PC architecture

• PMP, Prince 2 certification, Agile or equivalent
