Team Description:

At Sales & Value Consulting, we empower sales across the E2E sales cycle with cutting-edge client, market and pricing insights, compelling value propositions and dedicated deal support. We enable the sales team to adopt state-of-art selling practices through advanced tools for best possible customer experience.

Within Sales & Value Consulting, we are building up an AI@Sales team helping sales to adopt Artificial Intelligence in the day-to-day sales work and thus enabling sellers to work more efficiently and value oriented.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Conceptualization: Identify - based on contemporary AI Trends - Use Cases that enable sales, selling activities and sales teams along their customer oriented deliverables
  • AI Use Case Identification & Prioritization: Collaborate with various sales and cross-functional units within T-Systems to identify and prioritize AI use cases with the highest potential value.
  • User Story Creation: Develop comprehensive user stories for AI tools, ensuring clear communication of functionalities, user interactions, and expected outcomes. Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and incorporate feedback into user stories.
  • Development & implementation: Engage with the development team to drive the end-to-end development and implementation of AI tools. Act as a liaison between sales/business units and the development team, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • User adoption: Design and execute enablement programs to empower sellers with the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively use AI tools. Create training materials, documentation, and conduct workshops to facilitate seamless integration of AI tools into sales processes.
  • Community Management: Establish and lead an AI@Sales community to facilitate continuous communication and collaboration. Gather business demands and user feedback on identified use cases and prototypes, incorporating insights into iterative development.

Qualifications

YOU WILL SUCCEED IF YOU:

  • You have at least 5 years experience in sales or sales support functions within the IT service industry.
  • You have at least 5 years experience in sales or sales support functions within the IT service industry. 
  • You have a sound understanding of the sales process within IT service companies, with a track record of driving business growth through the use of new technologies. 
  • You are familiar with AI technologies and tools and enthusiastic about utilizing these technologies to create efficiencies or enhance value. 
  • You have a sound understanding of the sales process within IT service companies, with a track record of driving business growth through the use of new technologies.
  • You are familiar with AI technologies and tools and enthusiastic about utilizing these technologies to create efficiencies or enhance value.
  • You can convince others (e.g. management, sellers) about the value of AI technologies; this includes presenting in front of larger groups or management levels.
  • You have effective project management skills: ability to plan, organize, coordinate, monitor and control projects, ensuring efficient utilisation of technical and administrative resources to achieve project objectives.
  • You understand concepts and principles of agile methods and are able to apply these in a suitable agile approach to the process, taking agile values into account such as open mindset and attitude, courage, respect, and feedback culture.
  • You work in a focused manner, have strong communication skills and a strong hands-on mentality.
  • You have very good English and German language skills.

Salary

Final salary is negotiable.

We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 1330 € /brutto.
