Role Brief:
The Project Manager plays a vital role in providing best in class analytics delivery services. The individual will have hands-on involvement in project management, business interpretation and application of solutions, client communication and insights/results delivery. As Project Manager, s/he will be single point of contact for cross-functional team and responsible for successful project delivery.
Job Responsibilities:
Project Delivery:
Manage all aspects of project including planning, scheduling, staffing, risk management, quality management, communication management, performance management, and project closure.
Utilize project management frameworks (e.g., Agile Methodology, PMI, CRISP-DM) to plan and manage deliverables.
Be the main point of contact for the client, manage risk, and act as the primary escalation point for any problems in the project/relationship.
Develop and execute a communication plan, including regular team meetings, client updates, team feedback, and internal management reporting.
Ensure the creation and implementation of deliverables meet and exceed client expectations.
Update tools and trackers required to manage the project (e.g., hours tracking, budget tools).
Manage the project timeline and budget to meet client and internal profitability expectations.
Work with the Staffing to plan and assign appropriately skilled team members to the project.
Measure client impact using metrics like NPS, innovative solutions and KPI improvements.
Client Engagement:
Service quality assurance.
Communication and reporting.
Support client relationship management.
Practice Growth:
Expand the company’s book of business by identifying other opportunities with the same client and positioning the company’s broader portfolio of offerings.
Enhance the company’s capabilities and knowledge through post-project analysis and recommendations.
Collaborate with the Sales Team (Account Executives) to win the client's business by understanding their requirements, identifying key solution drivers, determining scope, and pricing.
Contribute to practice development through thought leadership and scalable solutions for business problems.
Operations Management:
Manage all internal processes related to project management such as project configuration, management, and revenue cycle management.
Guide the Accounting Department to ensure timely and accurate billing of the client.
Stakeholder Management:
Communicate, influence, and manage stakeholders at all levels, resolving differences and achieving clear outcomes.
Process Compliance:
Ensure process compliance, documentation, and knowledge management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a technical/analytical discipline (Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics) or equivalent experience in Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Informatics, Data Science, or a related field
7+ years of relevant work experience with strong project/program management skills, managing multiple work streams.
Outstanding presentation and communication skills.
Adaptability to changing business priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Exposure to Cloud, SQL, Visualization tools, and Advanced Analytics techniques preferred.
Self-driven with a can-do attitude and an appetite for rapid career growth.
Proficient in managing client relationships and delivery teams.
Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and organizing solution frameworks.
Experience partnering with sales teams in scoping, positioning, estimating, and contracting engagements with end clients.
Experience managing the work of team members without direct supervisory authority.

Pay:
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Fractal, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is: $81,000 - $182,000. In addition, for the current performance period, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus.
Benefits:
As a full-time employee of the company or as an hourly employee working more than 30 hours per week, you will be eligible to participate in the health, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability plans in accordance with the plan documents, which may be amended from time to time. You will be eligible for benefits on the first day of employment with the Company. In addition, you are eligible to participate in the Company 401(k) Plan after 30 days of employment, in accordance with the applicable plan terms. The Company provides for 11 paid holidays and 12 weeks of Parental Leave. We also follow a “free time” PTO policy, allowing you the flexibility to take time needed for either sick time or vacation.
