Job Description

We are on the lookout for a Principal/Senior Data Scientist who embodies technical excellence and a hands-on approach to problem-solving. In this role, you will have the autonomy to navigate complex AI/ML landscapes, delivering solutions that drive our innovative frontiers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and leverage AI/ML opportunities within our product offerings, transforming insights into actionable strategies.
• Act as a beacon of knowledge in AI/ML, influencing our technological trajectory with your expertise.
• Develop and integrate data science projects from scratch, ensuring they are scalable and perform at the highest level.
• Collaborate with a diverse team of experts to design, implement, and oversee ML models that set industry standards.
• Take on the mantle of an AI/ML evangelist, sharing your knowledge through conferences, webinars, and publications, and providing transformative insights to both clients and peers.

Qualifications

Skills and Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience in data science, with a portfolio of successful projects.
• Comprehensive skills in AI/ML solution lifecycle management, from conceptualization to deployment and monitoring.
• Proficiency in Cloud ML solutions, with hands-on experience in Docker and Kubernetes.
• A deep understanding of statistical modeling and analysis.
• Expertise in Python, along with familiarity with essential ML tools and libraries.
• Experience with ML experiment tracking and collaboration tools like MLflow and Weights & Biases.
• A strong foundation in software engineering, DevOps practices, MLOps deployment, and infrastructure management.
• An affinity for generative AI frameworks and SDKs, such as RAG, Langchain, Semantic Kernel, and tools like MS tooling, Co-Pilot Studio, ML Studio, Prompt flow, Kedro, etc.
• Proficiency in pipeline orchestration with tools like Airflow, Kubeflow, and Argo.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex statistical concepts clearly.
