Partnerships & Alliances – Partner Sales Executive

Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Partner Sales Executive to join our team in the cloud partnerships and alliances practice. In this quota-carrying role, you are responsible for creating and closing new business opportunities to drive revenue growth at the company. This sales role that leverages hyperscaler partnerships as the  “route to market.”

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with cloud platform sellers across the assigned territory, to achieve the “sell with” sales motion (which means jointly selling with cloud platform partners to our mutual clients)
  • Collaborate with Fractal’s industry Practices to position Fractal’s differentiated value proposition and solutions in service of client requirements
  • Proactively drive business development and pre-sales initiatives to build pipeline.`
  • Own the opportunity pursuit cycle for partner-originated deals and facilitate deal velocity for partner-enabled deals.
  • Continuously monitor and report on sales activities and provide regular updates to the management team via CRM system and other reporting tools.
  • Manage contracts, proposals, and pricing negotiations to achieve profitable sales results.

Qualifications, Experience, and Traits

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 5+ years of enterprise experience in consulting / sales / client success.
  • Fluency in areas such as AI, advanced analytics, cloud data warehousing, and application modernization is a must
  • Track record of driving revenue growth either in a sales role (formal) or via account/engagement management (informal).
  • Knowledge of hyperscaler and partner ecosystems is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with hypserscaler sellers, clients and internal teams.
  • Confident and creative thinker with an ability to quickly react to dynamic situations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay:

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.  The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.  At Fractal, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.  A reasonable estimate of the current range is: $200,000 - $250,000. In addition you will be eligible for a discretionary performance-based bonus.

As a full-time employee of the company or as an hourly employee working more than 30 hours per week, you will be eligible to participate in the health, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability plans in accordance with the plan documents, which may be amended from time to time.  You will be eligible for benefits on the first day of employment with the Company.  In addition, you are eligible to participate in the Company 401(k) Plan after 30 days of employment, in accordance with the applicable plan terms.   The Company provides for 11 paid holidays and 12 weeks of Parental Leave. We also follow a “free time” PTO policy, allowing you the flexibility to take time needed for either sick time or vacation.
