We are looking for a GenAI sales lead to join the newly formed Mosaic AI Sales Team with the objective to support our direct sales organization and help capture the GenAI market opportunity that exists for Databricks in EMEA.
As a Mosaic AI Sales Lead, you have prior experience selling into the GenAI sector and/or Machine Learning customer base. You are comfortable selling a broad GenAI platform to highly technical users and executives and you know how to sell innovation and change through customer vision expansion. You love to understand a product in depth and are passionate about communicating business value to Customers and Partners.
The impact you will have:
- Meet with CXOs, IT/Data executives, LOB executives, Program Managers, and other important partners within the Regulated Industries customer segment
- Influence fast moving “land and expand” sales cycles as well as larger, more complex sales cycles related to the Databricks Mosaic AI products
- Customer Obsession: Ensure 100% satisfaction among your customer base
- You will co-develop a business plan, with your team and ecosystem partners, that accelerates existing customer success, identifies and acquires new customers and enables you to exceed quarterly/annual usage and booking goals
- You will motivate, enable and mentor a diverse team of GenAI and Data professionals to implement your business plan
- You will lead your team, customers and partners to identify impactful GenAI use cases while proving business value on the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform
- You will support the broader GenAI and big data transformation goals of your customers through a combination of strategic partnerships, well scoped professional services, training and targeted Executive engagement
What we look for:
- Inherently curious - always looking to learn more in the AI space and strives to be a thought leader amongst the sales org and customers. Already possess sales experience within GenAI/ML sales and understands how to identify buying centers to broadly sell the Data Intelligence Platform
- Executive presence with prior customer relationships with CIOs, program managers, and essential decision makers
- Ability to simply articulate complex GenAI technologies
- Strong Enterprise Sales experience exceeding quotas.
- Bachelor's Degree
- Methods for co-developing business cases, solutioning accelerators and gaining support from champions and C-level Executives
- Experience identifying and developing a clear partner strategy through implementation to achieve customer success
- Familiarity with sales methodologies and process (e.g Territory and Account planning, MEDDPICC, Challenger Sales and Command of the Message)
- Experience tracking all customer details including use case, purchase time frames, next steps, and forecasting in Salesforce
