Your mission

As the Head of Sales your mission is to bring your expertise in AI & B2B SaaS sales and have a successful track record in navigating the challenges of scaling a startup. You will lead the sales team towards remarkable success. Driving revenue growth, creating and cultivating a high-performance sales culture. You will align the sales strategy with the company vision ensuring the Sales engine is running and redefining industry standards, setting new benchmarks for excellence, and bringing great logos on board our mission.

Your profile

Your Responsibility 

Sales Strategy
  • Transform the sales process from founders-led sales to a scalable execution plan for the sales organisation and beyond.
  • Together with the CRO develop and execute a high-impact Sales Strategy
  • Hire  and lead “A Players” to ensure sales can be achieved
  • Create and nurture a culture of high-performance sales team
Startup Scaling
  • Leverage your experience in scaling AI or SaaS startups to drive rapid, sustainable growth.
  • Identify new market opportunities, forge strategic partnerships, and pioneer initiatives to expand DeepOpinion’s presence.
  • Incorporate high velocity in feedback loops from customer to sales team.
Customer Engagement and Relationship Building
  • Work hands-on on the most promising and biggest deals in the sales funnel and close them successfully.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their unique needs and positioning DeepOpinion as the solution of choice in the enterprise space.
  • Collaborate closely with product and technical teams to ensure a deep understanding of customer requirements and effective communication of the value proposition.

Your Profile 

  • Coin-driven, someone who has seen 1-10 million ARR growth in an early tech company, preferably in an enterprise customer segment
  • Player-coach type, who loves the hunt (50%) and creates a great management style with his team of Account Executives (50%)
  • Able to transform founder-led sales into a scalable sales process in a competitive market
  • Always give their best and see our growth as their own
  • The role requires creativity, loyalty, brand ambassadorial thinking, as well as high-level influencing with clients, and sales & marketing competencies
  • Has performed in complex environments and sold high-ticket SaaS products to enterprises
  • Fluent in German and English, able to manage several different stakeholders and communicate effectively with all of them
