Our Team

- Diego, our co-CEO, successfully led his previous start-up, Carrot from ideation to acquisition in addition to leading some of Blend’s Products from Series C to its IPO, as lead product manager for AI and ML
- Austin, our CTO, holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Computer Science from Stanford and spent 4 years as a senior software engineer building Blend.
- Françoise, our co-CEO, brings extensive experience in supply chain, operations, strategy and branding from companies such as Tesla, L´Oréal, LVMH and Walmart

The Role
As an Finance & Operations Manager at AUBA, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our dynamic team by managing a multitude of tasks: financing, hr, operations and special projects. You will ensure that our business runs smoothly, overseeing banking activities, coordinating with team members across different time zones, and utilizing digital tools to maintain organization and efficiency. This role requires a highly organized, tech-savvy professional who is fluent in both Spanish and English.
Key Responsibilities
What You Will Do
- Manage daily administrative operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Oversee financial operations, including banking transactions, invoicing, and budget tracking.
- Developing and maintaining the company's financial model
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including scheduling, logistics, and technical setup.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for external partners and suppliers.
- Implement and maintain digital tools and systems to enhance team productivity.
- Assist in HR tasks, including managing and maintaining employee records.
- Facilitate communication across global teams, ensuring clarity and collaboration.
- Manage company documentation, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate audits and certification processes.
- Lead ad-hoc special projects.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
What We Are Looking For
