We're seeking an experienced Data Scientist with a proven track record in advanced analytics, particularly customer lifecycle analysis and clustering techniques. You will leverage your expertise to drive data-driven decision-making, optimise customer journeys, and uncover valuable insights that directly impact business growth. As a key member of our AI team, you'll collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to develop and deploy innovative AI solutions.
Responsibilities:
Customer Lifecycle Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of customer behaviour throughout their lifecycle, identifying key touchpoints and opportunities for engagement.
Clustering & Segmentation: Develop and implement sophisticated clustering models to segment customers based on various attributes and behaviours.
Predictive Modelling: Build predictive models to forecast customer churn, lifetime value, and other critical metrics.
AI Product Development: Collaborate on the design and implementation of AI-powered products and features that enhance the customer experience and drive business value.
Communication: Clearly communicate findings and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, using data visualisation and storytelling techniques.
Experience:
4+ years of hands-on experience as a Data Scientist, Data Engineer or Data Analyst, with a strong focus on customer analytics.
Proven ability to apply advanced analytics techniques (e.g., clustering, segmentation, predictive modelling) to real-world problems.
Previous contact with data manipulation, ETL processes, and data warehouse design is a plus.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in Python, with experience using data science libraries (e.g., pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, etc.).
Proficient with SQL.
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus.
Knowledge of AI product development and deployment is a significant advantage.
Soft Skills:
Proficiency in English (mandatory).
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
