Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Data analysis support across three departments within a Regulated Bioanalytics organization
  • Present metrics analysis at Leadership Team meetings; record feedback and incorporate into future analyses.
  • Provide actionable insights aligned with business analytics and people analytics
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to coordinate metrics analysis across various systems and tools
  • Support for business process improvements aligned with data analysis results
  • Create PowerPoint slide decks and Excel spreadsheets, including pivot tables and data visualization
  • Compile, record and track pertinent data through computerized systems
  • Track and perform basic analysis of information to support analytical development and operations

Qualifications

Basic Minimum Qualifications:

  • BA in Computer Science and/or Data Science
  • Exposure to healthcare affiliated industries (intern experience is acceptable)
  • Familiarity with Big Data problem sets; experience with lab-based scientific principles and GMP regulations is a plus, but not required
  • Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship

Ideal candidate would possess:

  • Strong people skills and ability to manage diverse thought perspectives
  • Ability to manage and coordinate data in a dynamic fast paced environment
  • Experience with data engineering techniques, data science fundamentals, and Machine Learning concepts and models
  • Initiative to identify and implement improvements to processes and workflows
  • Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint Suite, Power BI, Python, and Tableau
  • Experience with PowerPoint presentations and Excel spreadsheets
  • Strong technical, analytical and communications skills
  • Ability to learn new systems, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions and comply with company policies

Additional Information

Position is full-time, Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00 pm  with overtime as needed.  Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of West Point PA are encouraged to apply.
