DESCRIPTION:
Duties: Participate in the entire product life cycle for data analytics products, including product design, development, delivery, and implementation. Design complex data analytics product solutions and enhancements, and influence overall product and business strategy. Create and share a strategic vision for products. Drive ideas for proposed solutions. Define the technical requirements for product supportability and assess product against the requirements. Coach the team throughout the product life cycle, advocating best practices for both the customer and internal teams during all phases of product design, development, delivery, and implementation. Responsible for product launch readiness, ensuring all documentation, policies, and processes are in place before delivery.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor’s Degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Statistics, or related field of study plus 7 years of experience in the job offered or as Data Scientist Lead, Analytics Solutions Manager, Service Architect, IT/Systems Engineer, or related occupation. Skills Required: Requires experience in the following: Cloud technologies including AWS, Azure, and CDN; product development lifecycle; JIRA; Confluence; Microsoft Excel functions including VLOOKUP, SUMIF, COUNT, COUNTIF, and INDEX(MATCH()); Microsoft Powerpoint functions including animations and transitions; articulating technical concepts to non-technical clients and business audiences; IT customer support including escalation, ticketing, and technical resolution; case management systems including Salesforce Service Cloud, Remedy, and Service Now; training content development; and training, presenting, or facilitating.
Job Location: 480 Washington Boulevard, Jersey City, NJ 07310. Telecommuting permitted up to 40% of the week.
Full-Time. Salary: $172,000 - $210,000 per year.
