About the Team
Data Cycling Center (DCC) is a data acquisition team that manages the labelling supply chain to empower AI solutions. In layman terms, we provide labelled data (Video, Images etc) to Data Science teams to train and evaluate their machine learning models.
One of our initiatives is to implement crowdsourced labelling. Have you ever done a capcha "click on all the photos of cars" to login? That in essence is labelling. We believe everyday people are capable of labelling and want to collaborate with them to build the machine models of tomorrow.

About the Role
As the Growth & Performance Data Scientist, you will be instrumental in spearheading our human capital expansion while simultaneously enhancing the efficiency and quality of our labeling processes. This dual-focus role requires a blend of strategic planning, market insight, and operational optimization to foster sustainable growth and superior performance.

Responsibilities:
1. User Growth: Strategize and execute plans to balance labeler supply with project needs;
2. Pricing Strategy: Utilize data models to craft competitive pricing strategies across various demographics;
3. Enhancing Productivity: Innovate on incentive and gamification mechanisms to elevate labeler engagement and throughput;
4. Strategic Collaboration: Ensure alignment with broader team goals through seamless integration with cross-functional units;
5. Trend Analysis: Adapt our strategies with ongoing market trends and industry research.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, Computer Science, Economics, Statistics, or a related field; advanced degrees preferred;
2. 3-5 years of experience in data science, user growth strategy, rewards program design, labelling, or operational optimization, with a demonstrated track record of success;
3. Proficient in data analysis, statistical tools (Excel, R, Python, SQL, Tableau) and familiar with basic data engineering (ETL, Data architecture etc);
4. Strong analytical skills and experience with A/B testing, user segmentation, and predictive modeling;
5. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with a knack for problem-solving and innovative thinking.
