Overview
The Anti-Financial Crime (AFC) Data Analytics drives enhanced risk detection and improved decision making by dynamic risk analytics. The team works on advanced analytics solutions and AI/ML to extract insight of patterns related to financial crime. This is done in collaboration with other AFC functions with Chief innovation Office to develop prototypes and to industrialize the use of Analytics and AI/ML.

What You’ll Do
Work closely with other AFC teams on AI/ML and data analytics uses cases
Perform analysis on big data platforms using the full analytics toolset to ensure the continuous, standardized analysis of large amounts of data and create presentations on these analysis results
Develop, calibrate and test AI/ML and other analytical models
Cooperate with projects with Chief innovation Office

Maintaining a through and current understanding of the regulatory environment and actively participating in processes both internally and externally to affect change beneficial to the Firm
Skills You’ll Need
Knowledge in big data platforms and extensive practical experience in data analysis as well as data preparation and evaluation, desirable
Experience in statistical analysis (SAS, R, Python) and in data visualization tools, e.g. Tableau or Qlik, desirable
University degree in mathematics, computer science, data science, or a quantitative/science-related discipline
Skills That Will Help You Excel
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Experience in the prevention of financial crime or risk management in the financial services, desirable
Expectations
It is the Bank’s expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the Jacksonville office in accordance with the Bank’s hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in Jacksonville, FL is $100,000 to $145,500. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of renumeration.
