Drive automation projects to improve quality firewall such as ADIP, ADC, RMS, and upcoming new automation technologies.
Lead productivity indices with implementing automation projects such as AGV, SmartStore and etc including supporting the qualification/validation of automated manufacturing system.
Provide project management, support and expertise to integration projects.
Lead and provide technical input into the design of new automation equipment/system in the area of expertise to drive to the most effective solution.
To analyze and resolve issue toward the Big data related project within committed time.
Work collaborative with AOI User Group/Automation team on strategies implementation, identifying new opportunities within the manufacturing process, and establishing a clear roadmap for automation.
Background/Experience:
With 5-10 years semiconductors manufacturing background.
Excellent technical skill/experience in leading automation projects with good risk assessment skills.
Strong collaborative skills required with strong interpersonal and communications skills, both verbal and written.
Creative thinking, detail & results oriented.
Ability to adapt to fast moving and changing environments
