We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Data Scientist to join our Data & Analytics & AI Team. This role is ideal for individuals who possess a unique blend of technical proficiency, business acumen, and a passion for leveraging data to drive impactful business decisions. Qualifications:
Experience: Experience in data analysis or similar roles, with a proven track record of delivering impactful data-driven solutions.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and SQL. Familiarity with ETL processes and Databricks is essential. Experience in implementing ML/GenAI pipelines is highly desirable.
Data Visualization: Advanced data visualization skills, with the ability to create compelling and informative visual representations of data using tools like Power BI or similar.
Collaboration: Effective team collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams. Ability to communicate and work effectively with colleagues from diverse backgrounds and areas of expertise.
Methodology: Experience with Agile methodology is preferred. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving work environment.
Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, capable of explaining complex data to non-experts. Ability to articulate technical concepts clearly and concisely to stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams specifically global ones.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, or a related field.
AI/GenAI Knowledge: Knowledge of AI/GenAI platforms such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or GPT-4 is essential. Familiarity with emerging AI technologies and their practical applications.
Cloud Computing: Experience with cloud computing, particularly Azure, is advantageous. Understanding of cloud infrastructure and services to support AI and data analytics solutions.
