Job Description
We are seeking a talented and motivated Data Scientist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analytics, ETL processes, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), machine learning (ML), and Generative AI (GenAI). Experience in data monetization is considered an asset.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement data analytics solutions to drive business insights and decision-making.
• Design, build, and maintain ETL pipelines to ensure data is accurately and efficiently processed.
• Utilize GCP tools and services to manage and analyze large datasets.
• Apply machine learning and Generative AI techniques to solve complex business problems and improve customer experiences.
• Build and execute a product-centric data plan to support business objectives.
• Independently interface with internal Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and shared service teams (DSE, PACE, TPS P&A) to optimize and accelerate our data capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data-driven opportunities and deliver actionable insights.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of data models and analytics solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies in data science, analytics, and GenAI.
   

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in data analytics, ETL processes, GCP, and GenAI.
• Strong proficiency in machine learning algorithms and techniques.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, DOMOI).
• Proficient in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience in data monetization is an asset.
