About this opportunity

Join our team as a Data Scientist and immerse yourself in the world of data-driven decision-making. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping our strategies by leveraging your expertise in data modelling, predictive analysis, and business forecasting. Dive into metrics-based performance management and capacity planning, collaborating closely with stakeholders to optimize service quality and stability.

As a Data Scientist, your responsibilities will include collaborating with various teams to gather requirements, building data models, and presenting insights to key stakeholders. You'll analyze trends, identify anomalies, and conduct root cause analysis to address performance issues effectively. With your skills in Python, SQL, and tool-agnostic metric analysis, you'll contribute to our continuous improvement efforts.

The role is based in Tricity area, Poland.

Your experience and background:

  • Proven track record building data science solutions (preferably at least 2 years)
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Python / SQL skills
  • Tool agnostic metric focused (Grafana, AppDynamics, Splunk)
  • Performance Management / Capacity Management - basic understanding
  • Education level of BSc or MSc in IT / Engineering, statistics or mathematics
  • Good communication skills
