To achieve this ambitious goal, we are seeking a visionary Chief Scientist to lead our journey into pioneering supply chain solutions.
Role Overview:The Chief Scientist will be at the forefront of AUBA’s innovation, driving the discovery, testing, and implementation of cutting-edge supply chain optimization technologies. 

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:- Lead the AUBA research/optimization lab, focusing on the exploration and implementation of groundbreaking technologies and methodologies in supply chain optimization.- Collaborate closely with the product development team to integrate research findings into practical, customer-centric solutions.- Foster a culture of innovation, encouraging experimentation and rapid iteration of new ideas and solutions.- Stay abreast of the latest research and technological advancements in supply chain management, identifying opportunities for AUBA to incorporate these into its product offerings.- Develop partnerships with academic and research institutions, co-developing solutions that advance the field of supply chain optimization.- Engage with customers and industry partners to understand their challenges and how AUBA’s solutions can address them.- Lead initiatives to build unique supply chain datasets, enhancing AUBA’s analytical capabilities and product offerings.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Qualifications:- PhD in Operations Research, Robotics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.- Extensive experience in supply chain optimization, with a proven track record of innovative research and successful application of research findings to solve real-world problems.- Deep understanding of current and emerging technologies in supply chain management, such as machine learning, AI, and advanced analytics.- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and lead a team of researchers and engineers.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working with cross-functional teams and external partners.- Experience in productizing research findings, with a keen understanding of the commercialization process.
