Autodesk's Experience and Analytics (XA) team within the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) Solutions organization is seeking a strategic, consultative, analytical, and organized individual to act as Chief of Staff, reporting to the VP of Product Analytics and Data Science. You will partner with the Leadership teams of multiple Autodesk software, design, and analytics development groups, being an organizational enabler for the adoption of strategic customer insight initiatives. You will build alignment on Autodesk strategic data initiatives and driving organizational changes needed to operate as a data driven organization.

The location of this role is onsite in Toronto, Ontario.

Responsibilities

  • You will serve as a trusted advisor to the VP of Product Analytics to elevate and amplify the capacity, capability, and effectiveness of the organization, including being a sounding board, serving as liaison or proxy when needed, and supporting executive communications

  • You will help define and refine operational strategies for data driven initiatives, working with VP and leadership across the organization

  • You will drive change management practices supporting the transition to becoming an data-driven product organization

  • You will coordinate the planning cycle: Help ensure XAPA is seamlessly working with its stakeholders to inform vision, priorities, and allocate resources in support of near- and long-term strategic projects

  • Manage leadership meetings: Plan and facilitate team and cross-team leadership meetings and off-sites, including formulating the topics to cover, building and advising agendas, guiding the discussion, bringing together notes and action items, and following up as appropriate

  • Plan and lead strategic projects and programs that impact the overall success of the company and advance the Autodesk Culture, ranging from team/leadership development, employee rewards/recognition/well-being, talent planning/performance management/recruiting, new systems/processes to streamline team efficacy, etc.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Master's degree or equivalent work experience in a fast-moving, high-tech business environment 

  • 7+ years of expertise leading large, complex and transformative programs across teams in a matrixed based setting

  • Ability to build credibility and relationships quickly across functions and levels

  • Ability to leverage business acumen to distil complex issues and ambiguity into structured frameworks and concrete action plans

  • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills related to prioritization and risk management

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA and/or graduate degree

  • 10+ years of experience in Strategy, Consulting, Operations or Communications

  • Experience driving digital transformation or business process optimization at scale

  • Experience with data analysis
