As part of our ongoing digital and cloud transformation within Human Resources, we are seeking a HR Data asset management specialist, reporting to the Head of HR Data Asset Management team.  In this role, you will build and maintain the data schema , data quality  enabler for proactive data quality monitoring towards sharing trusted data sets for AI/ML data consumptions and to other downstream consumers throughout the firm. You will work with AI/ML teams and HR Data Risk Management, to understand the relative importance of data elements within our overall data model, and you will work with Technology and Data Operations teams to productionize the quantitative algorithms, systems, and processes that you develop.  

Job responsibilities

  • Work closely with Data owners / Operations teams / data asset management teams on the DQ rules and measures required and implement them though the DQ framework 
  • Develop predictive models and ML algorithms & statistical models for anomalies and outliers deduction Translate data insights to actionable business strategies 
  • Create and maintain DQ rules backlog with prioritization and schedule agreed with stakeholders
  • Communicate data quality issues and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable control requirements.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Strong understanding of data governance principles  -  Metadata, Data Linage , Data Quality , Data Security & Privacy management
  • Proficiency in ANSI SQL , Python & statistical models
  • Experience working in large scale corporate data ecosystems, resolving inconsistencies and challenges in the data.
  • Experience in understanding and following the Agile methodology.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Bachelors in computer engineering  
  • Data Science – Certifications 
  • Familiarity with machine learning and its applications.
  • Ability to deliver high quality results under tight deadlines
