Job Description

As the Assc. Director of Enablement Advanced Analytics, you will play a pivotal role in driving the digital transformation journey of Kraft Heinz (KHC). You will lead a dynamic team of analysts and data scientists, building and deploying business intelligence (BI), machine learning, advanced analytics, and AI to unlock strategic insights and drive informed decision-making across the organization. This role reports directly to the Director of Global Advanced Analytics, and requires strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively communicate with senior executives. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and execute the overarching advanced analytics strategy, aligned with the company's business objectives and digital transformation roadmap. 

  • Provide visionary leadership to the analytics team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. 

  • Collaborate with senior executives across the organization to identify opportunities for leveraging data and analytics to drive business growth and competitive advantage through key enablers, namely advanced forecasting and applications of AI. 

  • Work directly with Director of Global Advanced Analytics to help drive the AI Strategy of Kraft Heinz, and collaborate with partner business units to educate and drive adoption of AI technologies. 

  • Align team’s analytics roadmap with broader AI roadmap, with specific emphasis on driving innovations and activations in the Generative AI space. 

  • Partner with L&D to drive AI awareness, education, and responsible engagement across Kraft Heinz 

  • Recruit, develop, and retain top talent in the field of analytics, ensuring the team has the necessary skills and resources to deliver on strategic objectives. 

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives, key stakeholders, and business partners, serving as a trusted advisor on analytics-related matters. 

  • Communicate complex technical concepts and insights in a clear and compelling manner to non-technical audiences, driving understanding and buy-in 

  • Champion the adoption and implementation of agile methodologies within the advanced analytics team, collaborating closely with product owners, scrum masters, and other stakeholders. 

  • Work closely with product owners to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable analytics initiatives and user stories. 

  • Drive the development of analytics solutions in iterative sprints, ensuring alignment with business priorities and delivering value incrementally. 

 

Requirements: 

  • Proven track record of leadership in advanced analytics, with at least 7 years of experience in a management role. 

  • Deep expertise in machine learning, advanced analytics, and AI, with hands-on experience in developing and deploying AI solutions. 

  • Particular expertise in Forecasting, with a working understanding of various statistical methods and advanced forecast modelling approaches. 

  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with product owners, scrum masters, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality analytics solutions in a fast-paced, iterative environment. 

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across international markets. 

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data-driven insights to make informed product decisions. 

  • Technical proficiency within analytics tooling such as Python, R, SQL, and PowerBI 

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science); advanced degree preferred. 

  • Prior CPG / FMCG experience a plus.
