Job Description:

  • Design, develop, and implement custom state of the art generative LLMs (e.g. models similar to GPT or ChatGPT or GPT4) and discriminative LLMs (e.g. models similar to BERT).
  • Design, develop, and implement systems for AI alignment, Reinforcement Learning with Human Feedback (RLHF) instruction models, and AI guardrails.
  • Conduct rigorous tests to evaluate LLMs across standardized performance benchmarks and custom evaluations.
  • Employ cutting edge Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Machine Learning (ML) techniques to solve complex natural language problems.
  • Translate technical findings into clear, actionable insights for a non-technical audience.
  • Evangelize GenAI and develop use cases of highest mission value to clients.

Here's what you need: 

  • Experience with generative LLM fine-tuning and prompt engineering.
  • Experience with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Keras) and deep learning architectures for NLP transformer models (LSTMs, and RNNs).
  • Experience with HuggingFace Transformers and other open-source NLP and NLG (natural language generation) modules (ex. LangChain, LlamaIndex).
  • Experience and continued interest working with Defense and Intelligence clients.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to articulate GenAI use cases and value.
  • Secret level clearance or higher.
  • Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computational Linguistics, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or similar major.

Bonus points if you have: 

  • Experience with multilingual LLMs and experience in handling multilingual data, as well as large scale data processing.
  • Experience with the capabilities of cloud hosted generative LLMs, such as Azure OpenAI Service and Generative AI on Google Cloud.
  • Experience with releasing open source generative LLMs or deploying generative LLMs in a production setting.
  • Top Secret / SCI

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
