You Have:
7+ years of experience determining client's business and technical requirements, including managing resource allocations to ensure availability of resources
7+ years of experience managing client IT expectations, satisfaction, and adherence to contract agreement
5+ years of experience monitoring IT project progress and results delivery, including addressing and resolving project and client problems
Experience with people management
Ability to develop IT work, quality plans, and schedules, and conduct project tracking analysis and management
Ability to serve as a liaison, building bridges among groups within the outside of the AI field and translating organizational and mission objectives into program objectives and practices
Ability to multitask, problem solve, and execute with limited requirements
Ability to obtain a security clearance
Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have:
5+ years of experience preparing Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Experience encouraging teams to apply design thinking and Agile methodologies in program design processes to drive impactful business or mission value
Experience with emerging AI-related technologies and identifying potential opportunities for program integration or implementation
Experience with Systems and Software Development Lifecycles
Experience editing and writing technical articles, publications, or presentations
Ability to create a Work Breakdown Structure
Project Management Professional, Scrum Master, or SAFe Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $96,600.00 to $220,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
